Mr. Kewal Garg
Founder, Beera Homes LLP
Mr. Kewal Garg is the main visionary of Beera Homes and the inspiration behind its very first project, Casa Keval, which was named after him. With years of experience in real estate, he has specialized in envisioning and developing luxury villas that combine world-class architecture with uncompromising quality.
Before establishing his footprint in Goa, Mr. Garg successfully delivered multiple residential projects under his company KG Builder & Developers in South Delhi, where he earned a reputation for precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. In Goa, he is now actively involved in a diverse portfolio of projects — some under Beera Homes, others in collaboration with leading builders through different ventures. These developments, ranging from boutique 200 sqm villas to expansive estates over 1,000 sqm, are shaping the future of Goa’s premium residential landscape.
His entrepreneurial vision extends beyond real estate, with successful ventures in jewellery exports and movie production, reflecting both business acumen and creative range. Educated in philosophy and deeply skilled in finance, he brings intellectual depth and financial expertise to every undertaking. Known as a people’s person, Mr. Garg remains hands-on at every stage of development — from land acquisition and design to construction and delivery — ensuring each project not only reflects his vision but also fulfills the dreams of those who will call it home.
Mr. Partha Prasad
Co-Founder, Beera Homes LLP
Mr. Partha Prasad brings over three decades of diverse leadership experience spanning Real Estate, Hospitality, Financial Services, and Retail. An alumnus of Sri Ram College of Commerce, Faculty of Law, Delhi, and the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, he combines academic excellence with deep industry expertise.
Earlier in his career, he served as Director of Planning & Development for The Park Hotels, overseeing greenfield and brownfield assets and driving expansion projects across India. He also headed the core team at Apeejay Financial Services, managing an AUM of over ₹500 crores and leading strategic growth initiatives.
Since 2008, Mr. Prasad has been closely involved in shaping Goa’s luxury real estate and hospitality landscape, contributing to landmark projects such as Sol de Goa, Hilton Resorts, and Bent Miguel. His hands-on approach to development has guided several prestigious projects from concept to completion.
At Beera Homes, Mr. Prasad leads design and development, ensuring that every project blends innovation with functionality while staying rooted in timeless appeal. His depth of experience and strategic vision continue to shape Beera Homes’ evolution as a boutique creator of luxury residences.

Ms. Rushina Vaidya
Founder and Creative Head, R+ Squares
With over two decades of experience as an architect, civil engineer, and interior designer, Ms. Rushina Vaidya brings a rare breadth of expertise to Beera Homes. Over the past decade, she has been at the forefront of redefining luxury living in Goa, combining design innovation with technical precision.
Through her practice, R+ Squares, she has led numerous projects across the state, delivering spaces that are both aesthetically compelling and deeply functional. Her approach blends architectural planning, structural knowledge, and interior sensibility — ensuring each project is conceived and executed as a seamless whole.
As Beera Homes’ creative partner and principal architect, Rushina plays a pivotal role in shaping the distinctive language of our villas. Her vision and mastery of detail continue to elevate our projects, helping us create homes that embody beauty, balance, and timeless contemporary living.
